Will you ship overnight?
Yes we can ship overnight if the buyer requests it. Extra charges will be at the expense of the buyer. We will only charge the actual amount and if our item includes FREE SHIPPING we will only charge the difference between the item being sent by 3 Day Priority Mail and Express Mail.
Does my address have to be confirmed?
Yes all addresses must be confirmed and we use several software programs to confirm the addresses and as a back up we also use the USPS site to confirm addresses. If an International buyer has failed to provide a confirmed or valid address or given a fraudulent address only 80% of the monies paid for the transaction will be refunded. The reason for this is that it's too difficult for the seller to confirm addresses overseas.
Are there refunds?
Please remember that most of the items we sell are 40-100+ years old. All of them have been owned, loved, and are looking for a new home. We rely on our excellent feedback and long standing reputation and many of our customers come back time and again. BEFORE making your purchase please email us and ask us any questions or concerns that you may have. We want you to be confident with your purchase so please if you have any concerns feel free to email us. If you would like additional photos please ask. Always look at the photos carefully and read the description carefully so you don't miss something that might be important to you. We always recommend that you read the descriptions of anything you are interested in purchasing several times so you can be sure you didn't miss something important to you. Since we try our very best to described our items as detailed and accurately as possible and we provide many photos for you to make your decision all items are sold AS IS and all sales are final. Please remember that the majority of these items are antiques and as such probably won't always be perfect due to the many years that have passed so please remember that when purchasing any item that is antique or a collectible. How and when will my item be shipped?
Will be shipped by USPS 3 day shipping. Items are shipped Mondays thru Wednesdays. Shipping cost will be according to the size and weight of each item and insurance is required on all merchandise. We do combine shipping so please contact us and we will make the necessary adjustment to the buyer. For the protection of the buyer and the seller, a signature confirmation is required on all purchases. We are NOT responsible for odors that the items may have been exposed to while in the shipping process. We take extensive measures to insure that merchandise will arrive safely, but if an item is damaged in shipping or lost we can not be held responsible. This is why we require shipping insurance on all items. Please be aware that to be reimbursed it is the buyers responsibility to follow all postal procedures required to be reimbursed for damage or loss. The seller will provide all necessary information of proof of purchase and shipping insurance necessary to the buyer. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. We do not pack our items until they are sold so please allow time for packing.
How easy is it to sign up for PayPal?
If you don't have a PayPal account it is easy & safe to sign up for one. Paypal can be used on the majority of web sites to pay for purchases on the Internet. Paypal is free for buyers. Just type in Paypal in your internet browser and you will be taken to their site where there are instructions for signing up.
What is Google Check Out?
Google Check out is an alternative way to pay for items on the internet using a credit card and has the same protections that PayPal offers but the process to sign up is much easier and less invasive then PayPal. Just type in google check out in your search engine or go straight to Google.com and you will find the link to the Google Check Out system. If you have any problems please email us and we can send you the direct link.
Will you accept money orders or cashiers checks?
Unfotunately we can only accept those forms of payments from long standing buyers that we have dealt with before. Unfortunately that method of paying has had to be suspended because of competing large doll seller on the internet seems to get her kicks out of buying other seller's items and never sending the payment and uses false names and addresses. It's a very unfortunate situation that we deeply regret. Some people don't like competition apparently. The seller has done this to a large number of sellers on the internet to try and put their inventory on hold for long periods of time. She even does it on auction sites like EBay. It's a very sad situation and we sincerely regret that we can't offer this means of payments to all buyers.
Will you ship International?
Yes we will ship Internationally but address must be confirmed (this is required by all shipping services) and payment must be in U.S funds. If the shipping is free in the U.S on any item then International buyers will only pay the difference between being sent in the U.S and to the buyer's country. How much is shipping?
Shipping in the USA and insurance to cover your item fully in case of loss is included in most listings. Please remember that shipping costs are averaging around $30 to $40 and with all costs included in the prices that's quite a deal!
